Semi detached
Overview
This project focused on giving the frontage of a semi-detached home a fresh, modern look while ensuring long-term protection from the elements. Our team combined quality materials with careful finishing touches to deliver a result that stands out on the street.
Wh
at We Did
We renewed the house frontage with smooth grey plain tiles, chosen for their clean, contemporary appearance and durability. Underneath, we installed a Marley breathable membrane for excellent weather protection, along with grade A treated JB Red battens to provide a strong, reliable base for the new tiles.
To complete the transformation, we carried out paint touch-ups for a crisp finish and installed new leadwork to the bay window, ensuring both style and watertight performance.
